Teams

Short-Term Mission Teams:

We host teams and interns who come to Honduras for a week to a year to experience what it's like to be on the mission field. Teams are welcome to come for one to two weeks and work alongside our staff to meet local needs and administer to the people. Opportunities include construction, evangelism, sports clinics, pastors' conferences, women's conferences, school outreaches, youth conferences, village medical clinics, and leadership conferences. If you have a church or group that would like to experience the mission field and see a different culture, we invite you to come. We can host teams from 4 to 14 people for seven to 14 days, We have a ministry centre where we have accommodation. We serve Honduran and American food. We provide all transport, translation, food, and accommodation in one package per person. Interns are invited to come for one month to 12 months. We have a variety of things they can do. They can work alongside one of our staff, from nurses to doctors, building, teaching, farming, hands-on ministry, church planting, and helping with conferences.

 The background story : 

We came on a team ourselves and experienced firsthand that God was calling us to the mission field. Whether you are thinking of doing missions full-time or just want to experience another culture, coming on a mission trip is a great way to broaden your horizons. People outside the United States live very differently, and this is a safe, controlled environment where you can experience another culture. Hosting teams helps us do even more by adding funds for projects, hands to build, and hearts to minister to the people.

We accept teams of 4 to 16 people.  Activities may include, but are not limited to, VBS, construction, medical clinics (medical personnel not needed), agriculture instruction, or application.
